Kendall Coleman
Hi, my name is Kendall Coleman, and I am so happy to support you and your loved ones.
I have been in the Medicaid Waiver field for over 23 years. I started working in the area because my brother had a disability. It was essential to me that I was able to oversee his care. I first worked as a Direct Support Professional, and I soon decided that I wanted to ensure that my brother was receiving excellent care from all aspects of his life, so I became a waiver provider. I currently serve over 200 individuals in a residential setting. Interacting with my individuals on a day-to-day basis, I began to realize I had a natural talent for working with individuals with behaviors, regardless of the complexity of the behaviors. I received my Master's degree in Applied Science, thus the birth of Intrinsic Motivational Services.
My mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve by providing a comprehensive and collaborative approach using evidence-based practices. I believe in empowerment, relationship building, collaboration with natural supports, and support system development among individuals with disabilities.
